Get Started
Smilepayz provides secure pay-in and pay-out APIs across multiple regions. This guide covers signing in, the merchant backend dashboard, and where to configure sandbox and production before your first API call.
Before You Begin
- No account yet? Contact your Business Development representative to set up a merchant account. Self-service registration is not available.
- Already onboarded? Sign in with the credentials provided during onboarding.
- Open https://merchant.smilepayz.com/#/signin.
- Enter your Merchant Name (or Merchant ID) and password.
- Click sign in to open the Dashboard.
If you need a password reset, contact support.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- On first login you may be prompted to bind Google Authenticator.
- You can also enable it later from the Google toggle in the page header.
- Once enabled, a Google Authenticator code is required for sensitive actions.
Dashboard Overview
After signing in, the Dashboard shows a real-time summary for the selected Currency Time Zone (set in the left sidebar).

- Balance — Available, Freeze, and To be settled for the current account, plus quick-access buttons (Transactions, Methods, Balance, Statistics).
- Statistics Today — a breakdown of today’s transactions by payment method.
- Payment Success Data — today’s Payin and Payout success totals with trend charts.
- Operation Record — recent operations (Payout, Topup, Withdraw…) with time, amount, and status (Success / Pending / Failed).
The top header also has the Production / Sandbox toggle, the Google Authenticator switch, notifications, language, and your account menu.
Environment Configuration
Smilepayz has two independent environments. Develop and test in Sandbox first, then switch to Production to go live. Each environment has its own credentials and settings.
Sandbox
- Switch the header toggle to Sandbox.
- Open Configuration in the left sidebar.
- On Configuration Info, copy your Merchant ID, Merchant Name, Merchant Secret, and Platform Public Key.
- On API Setting, configure the IP whitelist, callback (notify) URLs, and your merchant RSA public key.

For full steps, see Integration Information and RSA Key Generation.
Production
- Switch the header toggle to Production.
- Go to Settings → Configuration.
- Copy your production Merchant ID, Merchant Name, Merchant Secret, and Platform Public Key.
- Configure callback URLs and your merchant public key on API Setting.

Production IP whitelist
In production, the API IP whitelist is maintained by the platform. Submit your server IP(s) to Customer Service for secure configuration — this is required before live API calls.
