Transfer Operation Guide

Welcome to the Transfer feature! This guide will help you understand and use the platform's Payin account and Payout account transfer functions to ensure that you can efficiently manage the flow of funds in your store.

Step 1: Navigate to the Transfer Section

• Once inside your dashboard, look for the "Finance" -> "Balance" -> "Payin" tab.
• Click on "Transfer". This will take you to the transfer area.
  

Step 2: Specify Transfer Amount and Target Account

• On Payin account. You only can transfer to your Payout account. Fill in the amount and remark.
• Click on "Next". This will take you to the double-check area.
• It’s crucial to double-check the details entered to prevent any mistakes that could delay the transaction.
• Click on "Create". Transfer Order has created successful.
  

Step 3: Check Target account balance

• On Payin account. Check the amount has been reduced in the payin account.
• On Payout account. Check the amount has been added in the payout account.
  

Auto Transfer configuration

Merchants can configure automatic transfers to transfer part or all of the balance in pay-in account to payout account.

• Once inside your dashboard, look for the "Setting" -> "Configuration" -> "Transfer" tab.
• Click on "Time". and option Where to transfer?

Tips

• The default trigger time is 00:30:00 UTC+07.
• if balance less than 10,000IDR , 200THB , 200INR , 20 BRL , 100MXN ,automatic transfer will not be triggered.
