Cashier Settings Guide
Customize how your payment link (cashier) page appears to customers — logo, theme color, and QR watermark. A live preview shows your changes before you save.
Overview
Payment Link settings let you configure:
- Brand appearance — logo and theme color
- QR code & watermark — QR watermark style and an optional center image
- Live preview — see how the cashier looks before saving
Prerequisites
Before configuring, ensure you have:
- An active merchant account with access to Settings
- Your brand assets ready (logo image URL, theme color)
Configuration
Step 1: Open Payment Display
- Sign in to the merchant backend.
- Go to Settings → Payment Display.
- The Payment Link Settings page opens with a live preview on the right.
Device mode
Settings currently apply to the Mobile cashier. The PC option is not available yet.

Step 2: Set Brand Appearance
- Logo — Keep the default logo, or choose the custom option and enter your image URL (recommended size 120×25).
- Theme color — Enter a hex value (e.g.
#FF4500) or use the color picker. The preview updates to reflect your color.
Step 3: Configure QR Code & Watermark
- QR Watermark — Choose the watermark style (e.g. One-time).
- QR Center Image — Optionally enter a full image URL (
https://orhttp://) to show in the center of the QR code. Leave it empty and save to clear it.
Editing tip
When editing the watermark or center image, click a field to scroll the QR area into view on the right.
Step 4: Preview and Save
- Check the Live preview — it is a mock preview only, not a real checkout or order.
- Click Save to apply, or Cancel to discard.
- After saving, customers see these settings when they open your payment link.
Important Notes
- The preview is for display only and does not create a real order.
- Logo and center image are loaded from the URLs you provide — make sure they are publicly accessible over HTTPS.
- The PC layout and some options may be unavailable depending on your account and region.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Logo not showing | Verify the image URL is public and uses the recommended size |
| Theme color not applied | Enter a valid hex value, then Save |
| Center image not updating | Use a full https:// URL; leave empty and Save to clear |
| PC option disabled | PC mode is not available yet; configure the Mobile cashier |
